Ok, I tested Sublimation as a 75 WHM/SCH and a full charge have ne 204 MP. Didn't clock the time, but seemed liek it took a 1-2 min to fully charge that. And after you use the store it has a 35 sec recast before you can start charging. What I'm wondering is if you kept sublimation charging...

Ok first off, if you do not know the refresh, ask someone or quit. Second off, if you refuse to listen to a more knowledgable player, quit the game. Third, if you are a RDM that Meles, in a party, doesnt refresh, and doesnt cast even Paralyze, FOR FUCKS SAKE ... QUIT THE FUCKING GAME IF YOU...

Today someone in my pt mentioned that the refresh from a vermillion cloak doesn't stack with rdm's refresh. I always thought that it did, and was just wondering if anyone knew if it really doesn't stack. (like if you own a vermillion cloak find a rdm and test it out or something like that)
