I'd been putting it off for months, afraid to waste my test and items like sleeping potions and icarus wing and have to buy them again, and get another test. But of late I have some friends that I want to party with (hey Kinkkerbelle, Dominatrix, Firebrand /wave ^^) and so, despite not having Great Axe completely capped (213 out of 240ish cap), I went ahead and gave it a shot.
Traded test and entered naked. Put on regular xp gear, with the exception of a blink band and opo-opo necklace. Used 4 sleep potions to get to 100tp. Activated Blink Band. Ate a Sole sushi. Switched back to Celata and Merman's Gorget and ran up the hill. Stood in front of Maat and used Berserk, Aggressor, Warcry, Mighty Strikes, then engaged. Hit him for 244, then used Raging Rush for 888, popped an Icarus Wing, then Raging Rush again for 966 and a 289 Fragmentation. One more hit of 260 and he gave up. I still had 913 hp left (73%) and was told I beat him in 4 minutes 34 seconds for a new record for "Shattering Stars (WAR)"
Just thought I'd share my joy, and post how I did it just in case any other wars needed help ^^. Hope to see you lvl 75 people in some fun merit parties and sky stuff soon !
