from what I'm told, LoD was bad :P story that was confusing, gameplay that got boring.. then again.. that's just what friends tell me, I've never played it D:

Actually, Make is right. Ele's friends are wrong. LoD was an amazing game and putting it on a list for making Sony a shitty system was moronic.

LoD was panned pretty hard by reviewers and critics when it came out and it's a pretty generic RPG, engine-wise. The plot is probably solid but I dunno, the one time I found a used copy and had the money to buy it, there was a radial scratch on the disc that prevented me from leaving the first town.

Point is, its not a super hated game, so putting it on a list of reasons to hate a system is retarded.

As for what Lyrai's friend said, confusing story...lol what? It was very easy to follow if you were taught to read as a child. Game engine old and boring? Well you're friend must not like RPGs cuz most RPGs have similar systems.

And opinions can be formed for very bad reasons or upon completely baseless facts. All opinions are not created equal.
 
It's not Legend of Dragon... It's Legend of Dragoon. Makes a big difference and the game is bad ass. If you've never even bothered to play it, that's rather sickening. Shocks me that so many people who worship FF7 speak down of Legend of Dragoon. I think it was scary to gamers of how goddamn good a game Legend of Dragoon was and to think it was made by Sony instead of Square Soft; that was just to much.
 
Really, a lot of those lists were just retarded. Fanboys were reaching for ANY reason to hate a System. I could only make myself watch the Nintendo and Sony one.(Got confused when they said DS sucks then said the PSP wasn't a DS)

It's like HEY GUYZ, THE SNES SUCKED CAUSE IT DIDN'T HAVE PS3 GRAPHICS.

hehe, I really want to play LoD but I never could find a copy in time so now I got an eboot and just gonna haxorz my PSP to play it :D I <3 PSP. And my friend didn't have a problem with the graphics or engine, the one that had a problem with the battle said it got really old really fast and really annoying really fast, but, I can't really speak for him, I'll ask him what he means when he wakes up and I can get in contact with him :P
