I'll bet that the unlocked (and therefore, "temporary items") caskets can drop from anything, and probably more rarely on non-exp mobs.

I am home, had a nice workout at the gym.
I do notice I haven't done any sports for the last ten years.
I'm feeling muscles I never knew I had.

Today had been more of an orientation around the equipment.
The next few weeks will be mostly focus on getting my stamina back on par before trying the other equipment again and working on my strength and muscle mass.
