Btw Darsh, keep that Cowboy Bebop avatar for a while.

I fucking love that series!

It's not from Bebop, it's from FLCL, but I love Cowboy Bebop just as much. ; ;

My favorite as of now, is FLCL(Fooly Cooly, or Furi kuri) lol.

Spoiler:

For starters the choice of music is perfect for the series, and the story is a little confusing to say the least, but once you understand, it's got a pretty deep meaning.

Most of the series music is from a Japanese band called The Pillows, and I've just fallen in love with their music. I've been listening to a good majority of their music since I first saw FLCL years ago, but it's just good enough to have kept me listening to them for years now.

Here's the ending theme to the anime by The Pillows. Since it has no starting theme song, the anime has been associated with this song quite often. The video itself is uh.. a little strange to say the least, but so is the anime so I guess it fits perfectly. xD

My favorite is without a doubt this one though(FF to 40 seconds into the video to get past some of the clips from the show):

Stfu, or this is the last thing you'll see before I stab you in the face

An emo redhead with a sword?

In all seriousness,

Trigun or shut the fuck up.
It was meh

I'm sorry but Beauty and the beast owns all.
I lol'd

Clean blowout, or slash?

Opinions please.
Don't this it was a slash, too much "work" to slash the top of your tire. When my dads were slashed, they were on the side of the tire... easy and exposed.

Where were you driving when it blew? Did you hear a bang/pop/whatever?

Lucki's working too hard lol. He kant tipe.

The area it happened in was a 200-300 foot stretch between a restaurant and a post office on a busy street (non-highway) here in town. Just past said restaurant are two fairly deep potholes that are easily avoidable, which I did as normal today.

When I got past them, I heard a noise that sounded like a clunk, then noticed that I felt like I was dragging something. I slowed way down, and pulled into the parking lot of the post office, where I noticed the blowout.

I only mention slashings because in the past two years, any car that has been parked in my driveway (Stine's old and new cars, my old and new cars) have had either the tire pressure decrease regularly in the same tire (the rear passenger), or the tire blow out (rear passenger) - Stine's old car did this about a year and a half ago, and mine did this morning.

If the tire techs say it looks fishy I'll keep the tire and show it to the cops along with my report about suspicious activities in the neighborhood.

Check your tire valves for little rocks

Nah, never had any of that bullcrap. I *did* have an ex-girlfriend whose valve stem center was removed while she was at work one day though, about five years ago.

It wasn't a slash unless it was a battle ready weapon. That's about all that's cutting through the tire there. Sidewall, easy. That is a blow out homes. Double checking the picture, those tires were old and needed replacing anyway... If the others looked like that one, you would most likely have another blow out sooner than later. For future reference, that may have passed state minimum tread when you bought it. You still need to inspect the tires yourself. They most likely lacquered it up with tire shine and sent it to the curb with you, making it your problem. Those tires should have been replaced long ago though.

The tires are just dirty, really. I haven't washed them or the wheels in a while. The tread was good on them, and I swear the tires were brand-ass-new when we got the car.

Kay will love you forever if you tell her you've seen the Hellsing series lol. I have too, and I loved it.

I've seen the whoooooole series :awesome:

That's a better pic Trist -.- the first pic didn't look like it was the sidewall, the second pic did. That said, I couldn't say what caused it. A blowout in the sidewall is usually messier than that. It could have been your rim that slit it, but I'd have to see it directly. Usually it's not that clean, but I guess could have been. Did you hit anything to cause this or was it out of no where?

One of the main reasons I go to Otakon is to see Hellsing on that HUGE freaking screen. God that series is amazing. I can't wait to have my own house. <_<; I'm going to see if I can get someone to make me a hellsing stitching for the wall. ;o
