The first installment of three new add-on scenarios—"A Crystalline Prophecy – Ode of Life Bestowing"—is now available for advance purchase through PlayOnline! Access the order page from the "A Crystalline Prophecy" banner located on the main FINAL FANTASY XI page to purchase your registration code.

(*Players purchasing the scenario will receive access to the in-game content upon the release of the upcoming FINAL FANTASY XI version update scheduled for early April.)
(*As with all forms of expanded content, the purchase of a single registration code for a given account will allow you to enjoy the add-on scenario with all characters created on that account.)

To commemorate the occasion, the official "A Crystalline Prophecy" site has been updated with the latest on the customizable equipment that awaits you as a reward for completing the scenario!

Do the dual wield and acc+10. That prettty much beats everything else for thf.

your going to see a lot of drgs and sams wearing the nuevo piece with acc and att augments...... basically a Hauberk for those jobs

well, that's only if they don't have other gear

For THF one coudl make DA 2% + delay -3% but I'm gonna guess it'd be inferior to rapparee harness. So i think acc+10 delay -3% dex+5 str+5 agi+5 will be ultimate for non capped accuracy.

Well, after reading the official page those three armors are all able to augmented with two of those slots.

I'm putting money here, though, that you can't augment gear with already-existing buffs. Putting Accuracy and Store TP on Ares isn't gonna happen.

There's not a point to make every piece upgradeable, because then you're just making already sublime pieces even better. Ooh look, Adaberk with crit rate and whatever else. Seriously, think about this.

Only thing I could consider remotely useful for my jobs would be mage one with fast cast to give my sch up to 52% reduced casting time and 31% recast reduction when casting spells of the appropriate arts and idk what else to go along with it..

Looking at this, its going to make alot of melees look similar. I might pass on it for my war/drg/sam and take the mnk body just so I have a solid alternative to Shura Togi. I don't think my melee jobs will hold it against me that I won't buff their haubs with 5 vit.

I noticed there are not attribute mods, too. These are just TP pieces for melees, I guess.

SAM can wear Hauby +1. <_<

If you put accuracy and attack on the mirke piece, you have a semi upgraded enkidu's harness

Too bad I won't be able to wear it till level 75, my thief is only 30 and I still have to get 37 on my ninja.
