I wouldn't be this pissed if it were an accident. Its the fact that someone went out of his way to kill her.
This isn't the first time. Over the past 3 weeks, a lot of pets have gone missing from our neighborhood. Someone is kidnapping pets and killing them off. I got worried yesterday when she didn't come home. She usually always stays near to me while she's at home, either by laying in my lap, on my computer table, or my bed, and she always curls up next to me when I go to bed.
Anyone that knows me know how much I loved that cat. She's our sixth generation of handpicked cats. We only pick the one with the best temper and looks to keep and continue to breed on, as cats usually inherit their mother's temper, due to the way she raises them. Thus, if the mother is shy or afraid of humans or other animals, the kittens will pick up on it as well.
This cat was special. She were the pride of our family. When she died, we didn't only lose a damn fine cat, we also lost close to 18 years of work of breeding the best family cats, as she were the last one we had left that could breed.
