... I'm finally taking the leap of faith and playing FFXI. I found a Playstation 2 in great condition, a new FFXI sealed in the box, and purchased a network adapter. Installing the updates right now which will be done in about 6 hours.

Someone from Gamestop said that he used to play on Quetzalcoatl and that QCDN.org was a great site. So here I am.

This will be my first MMO, and I hope to meet all of you in parties or what not. See you in the game.

Stay away from the flameboard, as some have reported leaking anuses after going there.

Welcome to QCDN.org!! One peice of advice I can give you try not get addicted! FFXI is a HARD habit to kick. XD Have fun!!!
 
lol not that hard a habit to quit. Anyhow, so long as you have fun that's all the counts. Just be prepared for a tougher MMO then what you'll find with a few others. Either way, this games all about new friends man. It's a great game in regards to that, the teamwork and all.

I kicked it for 2 years then gave into peer pressure D: now i'm addicted again :D
