The more I hear about who got caught up in this wild, scattershot "sting operation," the more I become convinced that it was conducted in a yawning, disinterested, haphazard manner.
They pulled 2000 random names out of a hat, and whether the offense they felt they could pin on the names they pulled was spitting in public ... or grand theft auto ... they were all dealt a hefty prison sentence.
Utter nonsense. Once again, this was something for the rest of us to see ... it's not really an "effort" to clean things up. If they were serious about that, they would have started with the characters that were ridiculously easy to recognize in seconds as botters with one's own, naked eyes ... they wouldn't be conducting unnecessarily complex investigations for people with minor/no offenses in the past.
Pyoih wouldn't still be monopolizing Mee Degi as we speak ... there's almost nobody more obvious than him/them, and he made it through unscathed. Meanwhile, Tymon, Tyrath, Dowzer, and others are gone.
What ... the ... HELL.
