If you were to use the excuse they only have to be accountable for their main focus, then no hnm shell would have to follow the calender due to it not being their main focus. As for the shit talk (atleast in aura case) if you stop taking 4 hours to kill mobs and raging or near raging ixion maybe we have less to talk about, but dam it get boring sitting around waiting for the enebitable wipe that is coming or the pp style zombie killing get old real quick.
