Who are going to have to watch you die a horrable death because you catch wondeful things like throat or lung cancer. It smells bad and tastes like socks for a reason. Because it kills you!
If you think you hurt and inconvience only yourself by smokeing. You are nieve and selfish! Smokeing affects everyone around you! Your family your friends, and the peirs in your social groups!

I will say this though. I would rather them see me die from throat cancer or whatever and have a chance to say goodbye than what my nephews went thru. My Nephews were 6 and 4 years old when my sister was killed by a drunk driver. They were in the car with her and saw her die from blood dripping everywhere. They are still in therapy. Needless to say, it's none of your damn business if I smoke or not. I smoke a carton of cigarettes a month. That's my choice. I am an adult. My MOTHER doesn't even comment on my smoking anymore. I posted this as a Tounge-in-Cheek joke that had two levels:

1) You people post so god damn much in the flame board I thought it would be amusing to interject I was taking a quick break. I mean the flameboard has turned into a 10 second delayed Chat room... As far as Actually smoking goes, for those that haven't started, don't, for those that do, stop making excuses and quit... No more of this Bullshit you and I feed to ourselves: "I hate X because they are telling me what to do, and they can't enjoy life etc... and they want to tell me what I can and can't do..." Point of the matter is... that Smoking sucks.. I am a slave to a chemical, and I don't like the powerlessness I feel.For you non=smokers, just know one thing: This particular addiction is exceptionally frustrating, and more so, we know we are killing ourselves, we don't like that fact, we know we smell, and we hate that too, we know all the facts about it more than you do, so please stop trying to be witty or Knowledgable about a subject we are inhearantly EXPERTS at...

Smoking costs $5.00/day for me... that is nearly $2,000.00 I spend anually on cigarettes... Shit I could go to Europe for a week or two... But I would rather quench the urge I have to smoke. You know why? Because the feeling I get when I don't have a Cigarette is worth $2,000.00 to kill... It fucking sucks.

It's not a sin to smoke, just plain stupid. Man if I slip you some poison and you die tomorrow, I'd go to jail for killing you. Smoking does the same thing, just a lot more slowly. And it also fucks up not just you but the people around you. My grandmother use to smoke, and she wouldn't give shit about it. She died because she smoked, and I really did miss her. My brother died from 6 years exposed to second hand smoke, and I have a few problems with my asmtha (sp?) being triggered so god damn much.

Also, sorry, but really girls who smoke are a real turn off for me, if I want to suck on tobacco I will go chew thank you. The good thing is that smoking is becoming a down trend, becoming a lot less popular and a lot of places are none smoking now, thank god. After a while, there won't be much smoking being done. We just have to wait for the current addicts and smokers to die off, which of course they are helping to do at a pretty fast rate.
