Can someone tell me how the NM Amemet's respawn time works. Is he lotto off the lizards there, or is he on a set time? Just curious because I haven't got a real answer from anyone I've asked. Yea I know this is kinda random, but when ya got free time at work, questions in your head arise.

I believe he has a respawn timer, that after XX amount of time, he becomes a lottery off the lizards in the area. He's either that or a straight lottery.

Pretty sure he is lottery off the lizards...And like most of them it also probably has a time that has to pass after every kill for it to be able to pop again
Lottery spawn from the Sand Lizards in the four squares of I-9 to J-10 on the map that exits to Cape Teriggan.
