Animated Signatures

For certain signatures that have transparent sections.

What do I save it as so it looks good? I have tried almost every style and there is still a white outline and the next wont fade out right.

Unless I make the background solid.

I have no clue why it does that, it only does it to me when I re-save it. Usually when I save it the first time it doesn't do it.
