In game, as in real life, never assume that anyone is going to be honorable and do the right thing.
I've read every single post in this thread, seen the story, the screenshots, the excuses, and the replies following up until now.
Furthermore, I have done just about everything endgame there was to do when I was playing, been to an extremely ridiculous amount of Dynamis runs with three completely different shells, and camped boring ass HNMs.
So, I feel pretty qualified in saying that you fucked him over.
People get what they want and leave every single day, in different games. Busta if I recall correctly did leave, and may have appeared to have just up and ran with an item that your LS may value. But, he came back, and has a straight up legit reason to not have responded to Watch. He did respond eventually, and he even gave the tunic back because he was told he could come back into the shell and earn it. This means he didn't up and run, his reasons were real, and he was willing to come back into the LS, give the tunic back, and earn it himself with hard work. This is honorable, and there is clearly nothing dirty about his intentions when he gave you it back and wanted to work to earn it back. Any real living breathing person that has any sense of respect for another human being would at this point accept him with open arms, encourage him to get things done, and give him a pat on the back for choosing the responsible thing to do which is pay his debt to the LS and earn it.
What do you do? You kick him because he was afk for a while attending to his kid while you spammed him with tells. Now I'm sure when you were sending him tells and imagined you were being ignored, you got emo as hell and needed to make up some bullshit excuse and probably made yourself even more angry. Probably, no, you definately did, just from the bullshit you post here today to try and defend such a disgraceful act.
I'm not going to sit here and rant about the comments about the baby not being an excuse, but what did happen, and has been shown to the public, word for word, is straight up bullshit. I've done endgame, I've earned shit, I've played with selfish people and selfless people. You guys fuck over an honest, caring person that's willing to work for something and even give up what he's been given just to come back and play/earn it?
