To answer my own question...

OH STEALS KIRIN FROM BOL hit 20 pages in just over 3hrs.
Dua Steals SH from OH hit 20 pages in about 6.5hrs.

And this thread did it in about 5hrs...
 
This is pretty lol, and a good reason why DKP works most of the time. You pay the points and the item is yours.

In the end though if the LS rules say this is how it works, then this is how it works, although the rules should be posted somewhere visible.

Whether you agree what this LS did was fair or not, the easy thing to do is to read the rules and not join if you don't like them.

There will be other shells with better loot systems... I'm sure ;)
 
or u lv CC to 100 get sc done and make sign and maybe HQ it your self and piss BOL off XD

The rule in question was "unspoken". It'd suck in real life to be arrested for an undocumented law. "You're under arrest for drinking whole milk on Wednesdays - unwritten, unpublicized, secret law 10326. Come with me please."
 
u cant buy b day cards here on sunday and its a unwritten law
people only found out when a shop got sued for selling them

I found out that it is a felony to board a plane with more than one lighter. They said that it was hardly enforced and if I'd simply give them my additional lighters that I would be fine and able to board.

Although now they allow sharp objects on planes, so go figure.
 
Im not wasting time reading most of this crap. BoL is sick of being jilted and probably over reacted. However if Busta's baby is such a hardship that he can't play anymore, why does he really give 2 shits about something he can't use anyway?
 
I'm sorry... What I don't understand is, even if it was known that the baby was going to be born on a certain date, Busta did come back to the Linkshell. He didn't drop it, or find another Linkshell. He was planning on doing more with it.

I've been in a HNMLS for quite some time, and I didn't get jack shit. So maybe that's why people get what they want and then just leave... No, I didn't do the farming, because I initially said I couldn't play in the afternoon due to school and work (zomgreallife), but I went to the god fights. Hell, I even went to help with Kirin 30 minutes after I got out of the hospital, and I went straight back to the E.R. 3 hours later. Came back after a week, I bet they didn't even notice I was gone. But it put me in perspective, a Linkshell that doesn't even notice I'm gone, when they're low on WHM...
 
poor blue going into ER its a nice place if u go there like weekly or monthly and get to no the people well all depends on what quack u got XD
 
I'm not gonna read through one of these flames again, just gonna say that Decidence has a very good point.

End-game LS's require alot of time and dedication, and is not for every player.

So if you are one of those that play 2 hours here and 3 hours there, I would be surprised if any shell took you in/let you stay in the shell.

I play about 8 hours/day and I dont feel I have enough time to spare to be in an end-game shell at the moment...
 
Bustaballs i won promy mea with you n err do other stuff with u also so this is in no way a flame to you.But i have to say that WATHCYOURSTEP is right.Noble's tunic is not really that cheap n 2 months is a pretty short time to get.And it happens all the time that once the whm gets the cloth.... they mysteriously dissappear n never show up.Now that in turn is unfair to those people who were in sky all the time (Melee!) and do they ever get a claw or something? no! n err i doubt a haidate counts if u get it after 8 months cuz 8 months is a long real life time to lose isn't it.Also when you get a shining cloth the mob is killed by more than one person so instead of getting 200k n 100k a time,the whm gets a noble tunic so "he can use it for the benefit of the shell" n nothing else.
 
the whm should be alound to use it in exp etc lol
i dont like HNM/god LS i like doing things solo lol (but some resson i have not even got bst past lv 1 XD)
 
Ok Had to put my 2 cents is as I am a BoL whm albeit an inactive one atm.
The Nobles tunic is a touchy subject for ANY endgame ls. its over 10million gil people, at any rate if you leave the ls or need to take a break that item should be returned to a leader to hold until you come back. Nobody would have sold it out from under you or passed it to another whm. Its common courtesy to return a big bill item like that. For instance,
I had Pheona's tunic. Well Im going back to school and not able to put full dedication into the ls, I resigned to go inactive. Did I keep the nobles tunic because I was comming back eventually? No Pheona is back in posession of it.
As to why your being kicked? Well its fine that you had a baby, thats wonderfull for you. But BoL is a business, you cant tell your employer well I had a baby so Im not going to work for 2-3 months, but Im gonna go ahead and keep the mansion you gave me.
Its just business, nothing personal. Get back on the horse and earn the tunic back, or dont. Its as simple as that

Actually you can, pretty sure it's called maternity leave...but since there is a Y chromosone involved I dont think that applies in this situation, shitty as it may be....by the by, <congratulations!> Busta on your baby, <luck> <you can have this.>
