I'll let everyone else dig into the other bullshit you've posted, I'm just going to comment on this.. Dude, you got beaten on claim fair and square, and instead of doing the -right- thing, took claim from them(regardless of whether or not they dia'd, or not, that's a case of "he said, she said") and killed... Yet you're here saying you are sorry? Bullshit you're sorry... If you're sorry for something, that means you regret doing it. If you regretted doing it, you would have returned the item, and resolved the issue.

So, the mob is "stolen" and TheFlock members get rather angry and say some nasty things(Uncalled for, yes, but also understandable) and instead of trying to resolve the issue on your own, you refuse to "be the bigger man"(this assuming that stealing on it's own wasn't making you the "smaller man" so to speak), and just keep the stone.

You can't do whatever you want, and a day later say "SORRY GUYZ, LOL." It doesn't work like that.

Congrats on making a decent post, from a grammar standpoint anyways.

Hah, I read this whole thing but this line is really cute. GM's hardly do anything not cause people don't do things wrong, its because they're dipshits. I have seen level 75 peolpe die to Mee Deggi after claim and not even engage, kind of clear something is going on there but GM did nothing about it. While that is just one example, I'm pretty sure we all know GM's doing things about what is wrong is not right.

As far as claim. If you're a beastmaster why engage or do any magic when you could get hate from your pet? When BST's are out soloing you rarely see them engaged except at the end of the fight when they are on their last pet. They didn't need to be engaged, thats their pet's duty. Just because you took advantage of SE's rediculious claim system dosen't mean you are right. It was stealing pretty plain and simple, regardless of what GM's say. I remember the good ol' days when if a shell would wipe the other shells would give the stone up (hell, even in CaelestisST we did that and a huge chunk of your current members are from there). But it appears that greed and Byakko is greater than doing the right thing. Good for you.

The thread's definitely not about you, your condoning the theft, the telling LS members and Flock to "stfu" when asking for it back. It's definitely not about you refusing to return the stone, definitely not about you swearing its yours, and definitely not about you denying even stealing Despot, even when there were several dozen witnesses, many of which were in your own LS, and even THEY say you guys stole it.

And yes, it must be TheFlock conspiring against you, setting up lies saying you guys stole Despot. And your own LS is on this conspiracy, it seems.

They did not do everything to try keep hate, because all you had was 3 pets on it (2 carbuncle and 1 crab). You had no bst, no smn, no magic on it. The Jins quit over a year ago. Mario gain control of both accounts after they left and soon deactivated jingod. He later gave Jingod to Imadude, but still controlled of Jinshorty. Last month Mario took a break from the game and so the Jin toons are no more. Just to clear that up.


Problem was was they took no measure to keeping claim not 1 dia not 1 person hitting the mob.

Meghan is a true leader, she is secound in command when lengel away, and is one of Three in charge of sky me and Ariesol being the other two. Also fwi actions was taking towards Keichii, those actions however do not concern you.

Now that I responded to those post I will now tell you what had happen. As Nycon had previously stated we was fighting a doll when Honcho claimed it with charm. They then pulled it to the archway in between The two dolls guarding the front entrance and the despot alleyway. They did not engage despot with anything but three pets Carbuncle, Carbuncle, and Courier Carrie. No Dia , no player contact. They lost claim when there pets died and are pld claimed when it went yellow. Now honcho would like to play we are bst we should have special rules, that there is a reason the mob went yellow, but you did nothing to prevent this action from happening either. Further more if you would have been civil about it may be we could of worked something out, but Honcho and there member that was present, instead decided to demand the stone and reticule my linkshell. So even if you had any right to the stone, you are assured that there is no way we will give it.

Now I can go back in these boards and find 30 to 40 different thread about how a mob come unclaimed and another ls claims and you all have said it yellow claim that fellow, but because I'm a leader of this ls it automatic become stealing? This entire thread has not been nothing even about the stone, and all about me. Really I'm flattered you spend this much effort to flame me, but the issue is the stone not me. They did nothing to prevent the mobs going yellow when pets died. They made mistake just like a melee disengaging to open the door at Sozu Rogberry, and losing claim and then someone claims it. Just like we made a mistake at fafnir when we wiped because we did not have blockaid up and the jp shell cured us and flailed us.

So that what happen and this is the only post I will be posting on this topic because I'm not not going feed the vulture (jackals). Only reason I post here was to tell my linkshells side. Well according to Hellstroms own members they said it was stolen. Several have quit because of it. How can you believe a guy when his own LS doesnt back the story.
 
Apparently aside from not knowing how to spell, Hellstorm doesn't know what the word "steal" means. There's a ton of bullshit wrapped up in there to try to cover that fact, but even by his own account of what happened, he stole it. The mob went unclaimed for a second, and his people provoked it, that's called stealing when the BST's were still alive.

As long as I know, it was only one member using bad words towards your members, and who wouldn't, he was very mad, but that isn't the best way to solve problems, I know. Honcho asked you guys nicely to give the stone back, but none of you answered, only got like a "cry more" and "we didn't steal it, it went yellow" and left.

I know that wasn't the best way to solve things... but it wasn't the entire shell, mind you. Honcho is pearlsackholder and he was the one that tried talking to the members of SE and he just got ignored.

Right, but you KNEW a legit linkshell had won claim on it, not RMT, a legit linkshell...you KNEW we weren't wiping or anything... so you had intentions of stealing it.

Umm... we casted 2 dias on it. First Dia was what claimed Despot. And as you know, we use pets, Honcho was the only BST close, but he had to zone a link. Another of our BSTs was heading our way when we told him we had claim. But in no way we were wiping, so you had no reason to steal it.It went from Red to Purple.

As stated before, it was only one member, not "several". And I doubt you'd have given it back, Honcho was ignored, and your LS just left. You still had intentions to steal it, and so you did, when you knew we weren't wiping.

Get your things right. TheFonz was the one who claimed with DIA. I Dia'd it after TheFonz did (>_> he was faster than me). It wasn't Honcho. The thing is WE WEREN'T WIPING AT ALL, yet you tried to steal it. If we had wipe, sure, you could have taken it, but you KNEW it was on us.

I also heard you stole a Kirin from another shell this way. I don't know if it's true or not. You tell me.
 
Dunno how respectable that shell ever was, especially with the whole "I don't hack cause I only play on PS2, but here is a SS with text" defense BVX gave us for his hacking.

Edit: Sounds like this friend of yours continues to make bad decisions on which LS she takes part in, and leadership. Maybe she sticks around cause she's high enough up where she can take advantage of her situation. If that was my friend I'd consider her motives. No reason to rock the boat when you are one of the officers on it.

First off, it's THEfonz, not DaFonz. Second, as far as respect goes, let's try this one out for size: are you the biggest fucking retard on the face of the planet? I see no reason to show any respect to a shell that is so opportunistic and lacking in scruples(you probably won't understand what that word means so let me link it to a dictionary http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/scruples). Your facts are totally distorted, nothing was said insulting in /say until after the 5 minutes it took for Ariesol to respond to Honcho's plees to give back the gem with an auto translate "I'm sorry" and then Alvasters cop out "In all fairness it did go unclaimed". I don't even remember seeing your dumb ass until much later, and yet you have all this incredibly detailed info on what happened. Like Honcho's Charm claim... oh wait... that didn't happen.

Listen, from second one you had no intention of ever returning claim or the gem, your a shell full of opportunistic weasels and I'm sure you will get what's owed eventually. We can not fix the hate system. We can only work in the peramiters of our jobs. Only option is to give up playing BST. And frankly we really enjoy what we have been doing and have been very successful. But we will always be at the mercy of others when it comes to swapping or releasing a pet. We have never had this issue when multiple pets are attacking, so I don't know what could have been different this time.

But as Honcho stated, the RMT have more class than SE. Honcho was soloing and they stole in the middle of a pet swap and of course the mob goes white until a pet gets back on it. But they had enough respect to give him the gem.

I know we are lolbsts and get very little respect, but we thank those members from SE that stated that it was wrong to take the stone.

To reduce the chances of this happening, is it possible to have someone melee the NM? Been a while since I've been in sky, but as long as this person doesn't gain too much hate, but still retains some, and doesn't disengage, it shouldn't ever go yellow. Still shitty thing to do, considering it doesn't sound like losing claim was fault of the players, but rather an issue with the game itself.

Meleeing reduces the chance of it, but it doesn't stop it completely. I've had NM's stolen from me while having several people meleeing and with DoT's on the mob; it's a glitch in the code that the mob randomly and for no reason becomes unclaimed.
