You don't have to be a leader to do something. Leaders aren't above dispute from all of their members. If leaders make a wrong decision its the duty of the members to make sure that this wrong changes to a right. I'm with Jamal, drop the pearl and encourage others to do so until leads get it right. If not leave them and go somewhere better (not always a viable option, but sounds good anyway). If you truly believe that your leaders are in the wrong you can do something about it, that is just a choice you have to make.
