I know Rhaddy your upset over an incident that happen sometime early last year when theflock was very new. But as a new shell you end up recruiting alot of people you might not know much about. I wasnt there and dont know what happened. But I can say over the last nine months or so we have worked hard to make this a good positive shell. It is much easier now to weed out any trouble makers, and set guide lines as to what is acceptable behavior for this shell. If someone were to do something that another shell finds unfair we would look at both sides. I can't think of anything that anyone has done but I know that if someone did they would be warned if repeat actions occurred they would have to leave.

Anyone could go to one of the leaders of theflock and have a rational discussion in hopes to come to an agreement that is fair for everyone. Unfortunately, you cant say that about SE. Hellstrom logged in early this afternoon to QCDN and never even had the balls to respond. Take it he has no reasonable excuse for his actions.

On the same quote, while you may "no harm no foul", I'm certain a majority of the community would. I hear all the "Jins" and "BlessedEternity" which have long past, but people STILL cling to them.

For the record i have never bashed the Jins or BE once, so please dont put that under my quotation. I say no harm no foul for this event if Hellstorm gives back the stone and appologizes publically(sp) because quite simply it resolves the situation... I ALSO think anyone that made a remark at theflock Should appologize...

Last i checked rampage you told my friend honcho "Cry Moar" as someone stated, when SE stole from theflock. If its not true i appologize. However you were cited as being part of the "stun" and "/say" situation

The main basis was still that they asked for the stone back from supposed leaders of the shell (taking responsibility for the actions of their members) to which there was a rejection. Its not as if this was a ra/ex steal where nothing can be done now to try to mend the situation even slightly. Leaders of the shell have rejected giving back that which they took, and all defense of the shells actions have either been in the form of I wasn't directly involved or I'm not a part of the shell but.

These comments can bring the shadow from those directly involved to cover the entire shell very quickly.

My point was really, you should try to distinguish the individuals from the LS and the context from the action. If I were to judge the entire shell, past/present/future, from one incident, I would only be fooling myself.

I'm sure there are people in SE that disagree with what happened but have something at stake preventing them from really saying anything. It might be easy to say that those people should just quit the shell over ideological/moral issues, but I wouldn't expect it from most people, nor would i be so quick to condemn them for not doing so.

Hellstorm has been trolling the thread for 3-4 hours now. He's here reading it, of course he's gonna get called out.

Personally, I just wanna have another quote to rotate into my Hellstorm banner. You act like it wasn't his fault that people bash him. He started a 53 page flame with the sentence "Have you ever tooken a major test in School?" I bash him because he's an idiot, and he attacked a couple of friends of mine and myself. I never thought he'd actually do something like this to warrant getting a huge flame, but stupid is as stupid does.

I do not think it is fair that some well meaning people in SE have to deal with this, but that is exactly it, they don't need to and didn't have to if their leaders handled the situation better. If they want to stay and get the geared they worked for I can understand that, but at the same time I would ask them to be proactive about cleaning up this kind of intolerance in their shell and not just sit idly by and do nothing to remedy the situation. People don't like those type of people in their shells because you know they are not about helping the shell out and don't stand for anything. They are dead weight.

He's an officer of the Shell.
He was present at the event and was involved in the decision not to give the stone back.
He's a regular poster here, and is certainly watching the thread.

It's up to him to explain the action. Not to mention that he seems to care about his reputation here for some reason, and the longer he takes to set this right, the worse it's going to get when he does post here again.

That comes down to perspective. They believed the NM to be theirs, so they believed they were done wrong.

My perspective is means nothing because I am not a leader of SE, and it would seem you've already formed your own opinion anyways without knowing much at all about me.
