People fighting the mob, then one of your people vokes it when it goes unclaimed for a split second due to bad coding; that's called stealing. You took something that wasn't yours and you had no rights to. If they had wiped, you would have been fine in taking it, but claiming it when they were fighting just fine is stealing.
