Not everything a moderator does needs to be or deserves to be questioned.

When was the last time an individual on this site has questioned a mod on everything they did? Members only bring up issues with mods not to bait them or "be against" them, but to show a disagreement. If you can't understand that, perhaps you don't deserve to be one since you obviously can't handle a position in a hierarchy with power.

I really don't think you, of all people, should try to hold some credibility considering what the majority of the user-base thinks of you. I know you're such a badass and you don't give a fuck what people think about you or not.

When it comes down to it? No. If an idea is presented, enough people support it and administration agrees its in the sites best interest, things will happen, sure. But again, its when administration or the owner agrees. Its up to them and they have the say.

Maybe you need to understand that things are much better done in private. If you want to throw a fit in public, I will address you in public. There's a particular user on here that had in issue in PMs with moderation and he and I have butted heads many times in the past. Talking things out calmly, an understanding was reached. I apologize I didn't spend enough time hitting F5 constantly looking for PC+1's and I missed a few. A million apologies to you and the public. As much as people don't like to think of it like it it's nothing like a democracy and there is no free speech on QCDN. You can't say anything they don't like and you will be censored if you don't play by their rules. It's very easy for people to abuse there power and shut you down because whose going to stop them?

Think of QCDN as a place of employment, a job. And Audino is your boss. If he hears or in this case reads something in his opinion that he doesn't like, ie goes against "policy" he can reprimand or tempban you. If you don't like it you can do one of two things. You can tell your boss to go fuck himself in which case you get fired or in on QCDN permabanned or you can quit and go blog somewhere else.

Either way they have all the power and you play by there rules.... So it's your choice take it or leave it.

It's the people like you I worry about more than the moderators on internet forums. People act like moderating is so damn time consuming and life altering when really it's something that takes up almost no time at all and you're doing it to better a community despite jackoffs who do nothing but troll (such as Euphacent). If I want to read a post that looks like it was written by an angry, 10 year old brat, I would become a fifth grade teacher. My 9 year old niece can write a more legible post than the one in question. It's not to much to expect an OP to be well thought out and well written. It shows consideration for others who will read it, that the poster cares about what they are posting, and the maturity that should come with growing older. Posts like artie's show laziness, immaturity, and a seeming lack of intelligence. It's not hard to transfer a thought into a complete, coherent sentence.

And there was no derail of the flame. He brought up his grammar in the OP, therefore it was free game. If he had not of harped on it, it would have been considered a derail. In a way, he self-flamed, just as every poster who posts like that does.

For those that like to whine and complain about the admins on this site, grow up! Learn to voice you disapproval of the way they handle things in a constructive, not destructive, manner. I am pretty sure the admins will be more receptive to that than the usual whining and complaining they hear. I'm incredibly sick and tired of people getting overly emotional when their post gets deleted or they break the rules and get caught/infractioned. Audino said it best when he says that you'll bitch about a couple of PC+1s left over, yet won't use the report feature to alert us of it. Are you about making QCDN a better place or did you just wanna go back to a time where it really did just plain suck and there were no regulations that made certain forums easier to follow?

I am very tired of people referring to this site as a shithole. I don't want to hear from my friends in game that they often times tell people to avoid this place. If you will always believe this will be a shit site that has no future then tell me now and I will be more then happy to show you to the door.
