Anything like fraps out there that records audio off whatever's playing on my speakers but doesn't require it to be a full screen program like if I wanted to just record something off a webpage or from a popup real player that won't let me download the song?

Its built into your PC all rdy in acc lol

If you're thinking of windows sound recorder it records what's on my microphone not what's playing out of my speakers. Not going to just put my speakers to my microphone cause I don't want it to sound like shit.

lol you use that go to your PC setting and where it says mircophone change the thing from mircophone Vs2 (making up a mircophone name) and put in SP163 (my speakers name) and it will record what speakers play

I use this myself. It says it's a demo and only records around 30 seconds, but I've gotten a few minutes worth. And I'm sure there's a *ahem* way to get around the registration if needed.

Edit: Actually, it records up to two minutes without registering. Still nice. Plus you can record to WMA, WAV, and MP3.

If you got an *ahem* ideas how to get around that registration, don't really feel like dicing my songs into 2 minute intervals and never seen an audio program that didn't overcharge.

if you need to record what your speakers play, you need to record through the stereo mix.
which you will find in all windows sound controls
