Hey, Im looking for some people who play on PC version and use fraps to help me out. Im working on a new video and i have alot of the work in place, but i dont have internet and dont play the game currently so i cannot get pictures for backgrounds, and without them the video wont look as...

Anyone else having problems with FRAPS not taking pics? It has worked great for me for a long time. Did the new Windower and/or the FFXI update have anything to do with it? I've tried restarting and stuff and it didn't help.

Anything like fraps out there that records audio off whatever's playing on my speakers but doesn't require it to be a full screen program like if I wanted to just record something off a webpage or from a popup real player that won't let me download the song?

Is there any way to make the quality better? I have been trying to record some stuff and the quality comes out much crapier than the quality I am playing at.

So I used fraps to record a BC last night. The resulting video is 23 min long and 4 Gig! What do you guys use to compress your fraps videos so they are more manageable on the internet?

Fraps isnt working for me and I wanna know if any of you know why. What it does is when i turn fraps on and have POL on it freezes up and error message pops up and kicks me off If I put POL on after Fraps It freezes up at a blackscreen before i can even click on my POLID name

Well not so much with fraps but with a program that can help trim down the size of the video. I have a 7 min video of a rdm maat fight thats only 30mb. When i tested it with only maybe a minute of video i was almost up to 800mb!!. I have the sound recording off and set to 20fps. thanks
