Does anyone know how to compress a Fraps video down to a decent size? I'd love to be able to actually take videos without it eating up all my hard drive space.

Adobe Premier works really well, but of course thats a bit big.

If you want me to send it to you i can possibly do that. You may also want to learn a bit about how to work the program before you use it though. I could also send you some smaller, easier to work with, video compressors if you need it. Just let me know how you want all the stuff.

Eh, it turns out Fraps didn't save my video anyways. I keep getting videos popping up of crap I don't want, but the one I did want it doesn't save. Thanks for the info though, I'll check out adobe premier.

Do you have enough room on your harddrive for the videos to save? Also what fraps are you using? I could possibly help you out getting started with it and shit.

Yeah, I had well over 10 gig free when I checked for the video, it just didn't save it for some reason. This has happened a couple other times, but not that often.

As for the version, I'm using 2.5.0, build 3915.

Try VirtualDubMod it should be pretty easy to figure out after that. =)
I'm sure typing in a google search for some sort of tutorial would be better than having me explain it, I'm not very good at explaining things!
