They were there. He only summoned them one time, though

There was a thf, or a rdm/thf kiting them. We arent sure who it was but you can clearly see them being kited

Either there's been a revelation in the last 30 mins or someone is bullshitting
 
1.Defeat as many of Jailer of Love's pets as possible to weaken his regen

2.Make sure everyone has baraero spells to weaken his wind spells

3.And most importantly, what we apparently haven't noticed all this time, is that every time Absolute Virtue uses a job ability such as 2hrs or Call Wyvern, all job ability timers are reset, virtually letting players 2hr whenever he does. It's bullshit. I think people would have noticed their 2 hrs being reset after AV uses abilities.
 
Also, it doesn't help the strategy at all.

2 hrs are not an instant win button. In the end, he can still spam benediction, and follow up with instant cast meteor spam.

I don't think a few crits or a lower attack delay helps that at all.
 
But SE as already released the that using our 2HR's lock his, in some way/shape or form. So if this wiki post correct. The 2 sites correlate each other.
 
Don't forget that in order to restore said 2hrs he needs to use his 2hr which would defeat the purpose of using your 2hr to lock his.

Oh goody, you stopped the first set of 2hrs, the next set will wipe you. Congrats.

Edit: Just reread the "Restores all JAs" part. Yeah, that's complete and utter bullshit. I'm sorry.

Why the hell would they worry so much about Soul Voice though? That crap is very easily Erase/Dispelled and he wastes time with song casting.

I'd hafto call enormous BS as well unless they coincidentally slipped it into a recent update. If it were (god forbid) somehow true, one could always lock his dangerous 2-hours and have his spam useless ones so that he restores JAs every time he does. I personally think no one would give half a crap if he spammed Soul Voice all day long.
 
Correct me if I'm wrong (I'm quite out of it on AV), but doesn't AV using Soul Voice get followed up with AV using Virelai? Now a charm in and of itself isn't so problematic, but having the charmed person get their hate zeroed out would probably be a bit more of a concern, since it would likely be used on the tanks.
 
if only there was some job, who's 2hr would reset everyone elses in the party... of course air would be a factor, everyone crowding around that guy, might suffocate him...
 
i find it hard to believe that NO ONE ever realized that your 2hour gets reset all this time when AV uses one. and those drops are very nice. i want that sash. :P

Who cares what dropped. It was SE's team that beat it, not like it was a group of real players :| We already know what he -can- drop
