i would like to request the abolishment of the new policy. i guess nobody even looked to see if they could turn avatars off before they cried, did they? it's not exactly hidden... user cp, options unclick display avatar.

They'll just say they shouldn't have to go out of their way to hide avatars and that they need to see all the NON-pretty girl ones. lol.

Either way works for me.

I'd love for the rule to stand if we can implement a "OH SNAP, LOOK AT THESE TITTIES!" board. That way we can still see all the good/funny av's that people use and get our rocks off at work if so permitted.

Why dont those of us who want to see titties go to a porno website.

What do they have to do with video games? Why would we need a NSFW board. Why cant those of us who want to share boobies with one another meet up via any messenger or email account and share information there. I mean come on. This shit was funny the first fifty times, then it got stale. Now every other thread/post has something to do with titties. omg, women have breasticles. It's just not funny anymore. Get a new joke. Those of you who want to see porn, PM me. I'll give you a free porno site that covers just about any kind of legal porn you can think of. I dont give two shits about the avatars, or what the hell ever else there is, but all these zero content posts of "tits or gtfo" or discussions about whos titty avatar is the best is utterly cluttering up the boards. Not that theres much good to read these days anyway.

A NSFW board would be a useless thing. This is a fucking video game forum for Christs sake. If nothing else, keep your bikini-clad babes confined to the Reality sinks in or the Lounge board, or whatever the RL ones are called. As thats where all the music discussions and artwork discussions and computer discussions take place. Anything off-topic and based in reality. But wait..

Theres a reason we dont have to moderate such topics. Y'see what i'm getting at here? NSFW stuff shouldnt even have a place on this board. As Aly pointed out earlier, this isnt 4.chan. This isnt qcdnxxx. This is a place where the majority of the topics are about an online multiplayer role playing game. And the minority of the topics are about real life things. Why should NSFW even factor into this? I could understand if the majority of the boards posts were based in the reality sections, or if the reality section was the main focus of the board and the FF part was just a sidenote. But seriously you guys, this shouldnt even be a discussion. If you want to see tits so badly that you have to include them in every single post you make, or damn near every single one, then perhaps you need to seek some professional help. Theres such a thing as over indulgence. I love titties as much as the next guy, but come on.

Where people from said video game can come and meet one another and discuss the game.

Where do titties factor any where into that?

I'm rather dissapointed at this entire sad state of affairs...

If I sat and PMd every good picture I thought was worth seeing to all the people on here I thought might be interested, it'd take forever, I'd rather have a board to post it in.

As for the "tits or gtfo" thing, sure, they're a waste of space. However, when the only thread to read is "THIS PERSON IS A MAN WHO STOLE MY BF BY PRETENDING TO BE A WOMAN" I'd much rather read funny one-liners (granted, "Tits or gtfo" is a bit old, but meh). However, threads like THIS one, don't get crappy one-liners because they're good threads. If you want to complain about the content people are posting (in terms of wasting space, not the NSFW kinda stuff) that's a totally different argument, and will never be resolved because what people post (again, in regards to wasting space) is impossible to really moderate. I think there's plenty of people on this board that NEVER add anything of use to ANY thread, but there's not much anyone's gonna do about it.

Secondly, I'm going to leave things as is (the rules on GD and whatnot) and see if we can't get the NSFW board up & running. If we can, then I'll keep that boobie/softcore avatar rule up. If not, then I'll take it down & you guys can go crazy (well, not Westyle crazy, just regular crazy).

Also, I'm not going to have a shitfit if someone keeps their boobie avatar. I'm also going to edit my guidelines to show people how to disable avatars.

Meh, I sorta have a problem with this, given the find by Mara, I think something like I had..(Breanne in a bikini) Isn't really a PROBLEM, because it's not porn, it's just an attractive girl, and we now know it can be FILTERED.
