APOC Check this out.....Soo i come back to the game from a 3 yr afk just because i love the game so much for what it was. Only to find that server migration killed my friends list and the linkshell i was in (TheFlock). So instead of doing the migration i hook up with what few friendlist peepl are left on this server,get a shell to the linkshell they are in and even made some new friends within. Well today as i am playing all of a sudden i see apoc type up: say goodbye everyone, then bamm..LS broken. First thou is this asshat just broke up the Linkshell this is wack, then i find out i was booted !!! LMAO :nopity: So then i send Apoc a /t and he cant even get the nuts up to reply back and tell me why i was booted. I asked a few clan mates (now X) what happen and they even dont know why. I mean Apoc... your weak sauce homie.

First, we have a special section on these forums for threads like this, it's called the Flameboard.

Secondly, last I checked, there weren't any of these weak sauce things you call "clans" in FFXI homie.

Oh and btw, if you called all my ls members homies, and referred to stuff you didn't like as "Weak sauce", i would boot your ass too because that's just lame.
 
1) what the fuck is a clan, I thought those were first-person-shooter groups?
2) really? butthurt because you got kicked out of a linkshell? I mean seriously, you could make one with blackjack and hookers, and still get people to join it and "be" your "friends".
3) Where's the list? I see a single name.
4) TheFlock - victim of server migration, or victim of poor leadership that couldn't see some self-pwn coming its way?
 
I've been in a clan, Starsiege Tribes was a game and it was mad good.
Until Tribes: Vengeance.
I never ran with 5150 or Vanguard since I didn't play much base, more into Renegades mod but I was no slouch.
MA with my Disc Launcher like a boss and was one of the better cappers/chasers and d-layers in a few #1 clans on OGL/TWL.
Never heard of a "clan" in FFXI, Linkshell maybe?
TheFlock here lost its flair when the real Dejan left.
Administration afterwards wasn't the worst, but the LS made its steady decline.

So where's this list?
 
I was once in a LS with Apoc and his lady. I barely deserved a spot in their shell even it being social. Still they were decent.

Apoc is a cool dude, you must have decided to leave out some details of your flame.
 
im sure he was kicked for nothing more than being himself.... 9 replies in and a large sentiment is already that the OP is unbearable... im sure over time he just wore them down and had to be let go.... the squeaky wheel gets his ass booted.

/blacklist can solve that mystery as to why he would not respond to you. Hell I would not bother talking to someone I just booted, it is not worth the bullshit you are going to give them for making a decision.

And for you to be booted from an ls, you have done something to one of their members, does it need justification? Not really, just find another ls there are plenty around for you to meet new players.

Is there a way to make first time flameboard posters have to read some kind of memo about how to make a competent flame? His poor grammar isnt even entertaining or funny anymore

Make a board of Flameboard trustees to review and approve flames lol, this shit just isnt funny anymore.
