Sorry I haven't responded. It's been a busy week. There's a lot here to think about and practice and try out.
One thing; I generally try to use Convert as little as possible. Which I'm pretty good at if I'm just doing RDM things. If I have to do WHM things, too, then Convert happens with a lot more frequency. I'm all about MP conservation. I mean, I don't shy away from Convert when it's necessary, but if the options there to take a knee instead, I'd rather do that.
