Why don't we just do a "test league" in the begginning to see how everything goes? If the teams aren't even by "x" amount of jobs on a team then we can make rules about it. Most rules are made to even things anyways, like when SE made it so you can't swap gear while in PvP. We will probably have a better list if we just do a test league first, rather than make a ton of rules beforehand, no?
