The fact of the set-up is irrealavent. The point is people not performing thier job potentially. And the worst part is warping (via warp scroll) during the fight.

And it wasn't a bad set up as far as jobs were concerned beause the mobs were being handled the time or two when people did thier jobs somewhat
correctly.

This is a very ridiculous camp choice to be frank, your party lvl is just too low it's more like a kuftal tunnel party than anything.
