After having tested 3 times the « Steal mode »… and failed :banghead3: , i decided to fight him, man to man :bb: .

For those of you who want to see MaaT beaten as a melee, here is a video of my fight a couple weeks ago.

Enjoy as i enjoyed

Thanks ^.~ You know I try.

Always fun to hear about the THF Maat fights. Its like a drunken bar fight.

Wiff wiff wiff wiff wiff wiff wiff *smack* wiff wiff wiff wiff *smack*....

Great job Leester. /salute

That's the only way to go. Good job!!

congrats.

i have one question on winning by stealing from him. do you really steal anything from maat or do you just get the flashy animation and the fights over?

Congrats Leester.
And the steal gets you the instant warp scroll that other jobs get when they beat Maat.

I really want to watch this, but what's the the site we're trying to download it from?

It starts me off with a nice 400kb/sec transfer rate, then goes to 20, and then slowly drops down to18,15,12,10...4...3...etc. It does this slowly over time.

What the heck? And it's not my collection, it's working very well right now.

I don't know jack about computers, I find it odd though.

Congrats! This is the way I went to beat Maat myself. Much more fun and dramatic this way. Like you're building up to a huge fight, and then you just pick his pockets?
The analogy about the drunken bar fight is right, that's all this is. A huge whiff fest.
Congrats to you! ^^

Finally was able to DL this. It seemed using that item that gave you phalax was key. I got hit for or just over 200 without it.
