There really is no rule against talking about television shows, or taking it up the ass. There are rules against flamebaiting though...

I think he's talking more about inapropriateness (sp?), like talking about taking it up the ass (i really have no idea on this one), and the Scrubs vs. House thread on the flameboard, that an admin activly participated in, and it still wasn't moved to its proper forum.

Talking about threads mods like being allowed to fester in the wrong board, like the original scrubs thread which was in gt I believe, while other off topic threads get moved locked or deleted.

While they fester? You make it sound like they are a disease. lol Most other off topic ones were the ones in GD saying goodbye. Some were obviously relevant to real life that were moved, etc etc.

I know you hate us and think we're scum but...seriously, try to lighten up. :(

So, the original scrubs thread had to do with what exactly, what was it that kept that thread in GT (I think, forget now) for weeks and months while other similar threads were moved...could it be because all the people from the same LS were spamming that thread with nonsense and the mods are in that LS also...no, that couldn't be it.

Humans are biased by nature. There's no actual action for this topic to create right now because the way is cloudy. What should be done? How can this be accomplished? Short of becoming a strict totalitarian policed board a la Scully, there will be bias. There will be unhappy people. Asking people to be unbiased is like asking people to take and give equally in a communist state. It won't work.

Flames about this aren't bad though. It can help to keep the bias in check. If a mod, admin, etc. subconsciously realizes that their bias is noticed, it might escalate. When it becomes noticed, its like a shock reflex, retracting back into the shadows. The bias shrinks back, only to slowly creep out again in the future, but much smaller than before.

Although solely pointing out problems isn't as good as solving them, it is better than letting them slide unnoticed. Sometimes, a preemptive solution isn't possible anyhow :(.

We were going to cancel the 2h vs dw merit pt because you were the only brd that responded. That should let you know what I think of your post and what you think.

I agree no one cares about RMT and that stuff, I stopped talking about that stuff for the most part. Fact is a big faction of players that read these boards. One of the first admitted gil buyers on our server has adaberk and is one of the top LSs on our server, shows how much people dont care.

I found it funny that Jamal thought you were so great. My brothers NIN would own you in merits and gear. Your NIN from the pics they posted sucks and not only compared to my brothers but compared to most NIN's. LOL My Bard however is very good Jamal and others just don't like me I don't fit their elitist standards I don't really care. BRD gear matters much less then others yes certain things make BRD better for certain things but as far as merits go a BIG difference? NO It's skill that matter mostly in Merit parties ask any one who has partied with BRD's. I know many people who'd choose my BRD over other BRD's with better gear. Why because I'm better period. I have over 1.5million merits ALL from meriting on BRD way more then most BRD's and you think I suck? LOL Party with me 1 time. People judge me which is fine I don't care much but until they have seen me in action they are just talking out their ass.

Honestly I hope you don't do anything dumb enough to get permabanned Meeze but if you do I won't miss you a whole lot and I'm sure more people will miss Peregrine more then they miss you. I'll miss your Class clown style entertainment. But I won't whine if you do something dumb enough to get banned.

I'm missing one TP piece of gear, PCC. I just got Tekko+1 today, missing rutters, sallet, and triumph/pixie in suppa slot.

Also need Hauby+1. If I had PC with the macros that macro for night and day, I'd want relic hands.

Merits, i'll never say I enjoy XPing, even getting fast XP gets boring. I have 6 Katana merits, Capped crits, and random NIN and other melee combat skills.

If you think they will miss peregrine more, maybe you should put a poll up to prove you're right, cause I'll gaurantee a landslide victory, just like when I clowned that idiot Romper.

As far as skill on brd...lol, its just a rythum. Playing the same 4 songs over and over, and learning the pop rotation. Give me one hour on a BRD acct, I'll be better than most BRDs because I have the "skill" too, I call it common sense.

I partied with blancho's brd, he was far from special; mediocre at best, enough that I'm not going to risk another "meh" party on his barding. Hell, that should be obvious by him thinking that -song casting time is completely useless.

There's very little skill involved in bard, you run up, play songs, run back, play different songs, with pulls whenever you need them. Yeah, that's real hard.
