Best 360 Racing Game?

Well now I'm looking to pick up a racing game for the 360. I've had Burnout for awhile, and while the new one is coming out shortly, I'm looking for something a little more on the realistic side. Heard good things about Forza 2, but I figured I'd ask around. Thoughts?
 
The only racing games I have are Forza 2 and Flatout. Now I dont usually like racing games at all but these 2 I enjoy every time I play them, both for different reasons. Forza for the upgrading and tuning, buying and selling and generally just looking at how pretty all the cars are, I get a little bit bored of the racing but the racing in decent doses (3-5 races at a time) is fine.

Flatout is just a game where you can stick in, pick a race and go nuts. Imagine a destruction derby type game but with a little more actual racing, thats Flatout.
 
Forza with the new car pack is pretty sweet, I love my pimped Audi R8 :D

I looked at PGR but I have to say it looks crap, especially how they litter it with random pointless exercises of knocking over cones and slaloms. Grand Turismo tried that with the coffee breaks and that ultimately failed because most of the time getting gold in those was more frustrating than most of the licenses.
 
It may seem kinda silly but i really like RR6 been a big fan of that game for yrs now i get achievement points for doing stuff on it.. lots of fun and the music is pretty good too.. although i like to play my own driving music its all good "Downtown Rave City" would be my favie track lots of jumps and nitros.. nitros cheats for bad racers lol for yrs no nitros now all the sudden they feel like i need it or something.. sidetrack.. i got 15 achv pnts for 1st place not using nitros lol:bb:

After coming to the (stupid?) realization that I can actually play these demos....

Going with Forza. Cars look sweet, and no crazy things like Flatout or Burnout, and no ridiculous physics like Ridge Racer.
 
i personally like need for speed most wanted. its also a greatest hits and cheap. you can just run from the cops for hours if you want. you can get a demo of it that lets you get the gist of the game, and even the demo has great replay value.
