I never said there was anything wrong with your opinions. I specifically refered to your maturity, the lack of it. You were childish in that screenshot, you have showen no maturity in many of the other threads here on the forum, and appear to just insult for the hopes of getting attention. I think this sums you up perfectly.

Both of you should really learn how to discuss and flame. You make a point, counter the oppositions point, provide proof, etc. The only defence/attack I have ever seen either of you is spammage. Just create 5 pages of spam (or 30 in the valkyer thread) and everyone gives up disagreeing with you. Not the best way to get productive discussions.

sorry to disapoint you. but i have to deal w/ 18 year-old soldiers all day. i have a platoon of them. i feel like a baby sitter, to say the least. in combat, even more so. im in charge of making sure all my boys get back alive. how old do you think i am? 35? 40? nope.

when im at home, esp in my free time, i like to just relax, and be free and act a little crazy, yes i must admit. because at work, i must always put the right face forward. some of the guys i command are my age and are great guys i would love to be friends with. but i cant.

like i said, im sorry i didnt know i had to tippy-toe online or in game. i didnt know me posting here would "discredit" my service so much. my apologies. i was just blowing off some steam.

i dont need to show how mature i am online, i do it every day in real life. just because you dont like the way i express my opnions doesnt mean i need to change it. for a second you had me second guessing and while it was not truly faytajr who pissed me off, i was still angry enough to explode on this thread. its easy for your to comment this or that, but im an american and have my right to free speech just like every other american, but i more so feel like i deserve to speak my mind. you can be highly critical of my methods, but so what, thats your constituional right. i never said shit about you posting here, ever. dont even know who you are. if you dont like what i write, dont read it.

Once again, I said nothing against you speaking your mind or what beliefs you hold and present. I am specifically referring to the childish and immature manner in which you have presented yourself and your views in the flameboard. Do I expect military professionalism on these forums? Hell no. Do I expect you to show more maturity than a 10 year old? Simply put, yes. It is for your benefit to show some maturity when presenting your opinion. More people will listen to you and give your points more thought when presented in a manner expected from an adult.

Forums are not a one way private loud speaker for you to shout at the world with. If you want to speak your mind here you also have to accept there will be those who disagree and speak against you.

If you are going to brag about being a US military officer, then don't act like a child. It's that simple.

you commented on previous posts how i consistantly degrade the content of this forum. so i actually checked my previous posts. in total, ive only started two threads ever, this one and the penut one. as for posting ive posted in 4 other threads, includings the valkrys one you commented on. so your comment in your previous posts that i continually spam this flameboard is false in my opinion. ive been a member of this board since 2004, pretty long time, most of my posts have been auction house ones.

i really dont care what your opinion of me is. but ill say this, i dont know you, i dont care about you, and i sure as hell dont need your respect. i earn my respect, unlike you, from doing other things than this forum.

i never had a problem with you posting your disagreements, so you shoudlnt have a problem with mine. you posted comments about me, and i gave you the big "fuck you" two way communications right there. i hope you can accept that. so whats so childish about that? you never told anyone to fuck off?

the thing is, half of qcdn is like uneducated and even if you do present well-thought out arguments, all you get is trash retorts.
oh and the line about how you represent yourself on an online forums determines how you are in real life isn't even remotely true. i could care less about how i'm perceived on these boards because i don't really care. i read and argue on the FB cause i'm bored at work. it's an online forum for an online game for christ's sake.
