I'm guessing Blu-ray camp is trying to outsell HD DVD this week because of Transformers.
Best Buy, Circuit City, Amazon.com and Fry's are all doing a promotion for some titles. Here's a list if anyone's interested.

If you go to the site and see "sold out" (or "pre-order") for any of these $9.99 Blu-rays, be aware that that does not mean you can't buy them now at this bargain price. It's just that delivery won't be right away. The below quote is extracted from what comes up at the Frys website when you click on "Sold Out". So, if you want the "sold-out" Blu-ray, go ahead and order it, you'll get it at the low price.
II. Amazon has 38 Blu-ray Movies on a "Buy-one, Get-One-Free" sale. These Blu-rays are different than the ones in the above Frys offer.

III. Warners Sale of 44%-48% Off MSRP.
See if there are Warners videos you want to buy or pre-order and get 44% - 48% off MSRP using a special "coupon code". This offer will work only for orders placed through October 30th and then it's gone.
CTBM is a "coupon codes" that you can use at Warner's on-line site (only until October 30th) to get the 44% - 48% off the "sticker" price.
Here is a direct link to the list of available items.

Like Amazon, Warners doesn't charge your credit card for an item until that item ships.
[having trouble getting warner to work so checkin to forums for solution]
IV. Brick and Mortar Stores with Blu-ray Sales.
Best Buy, Circuit City, Target, Frys
