Yeah I watched the end, I was like, what the fuck, why Yamamoto?
 
not suprised amagai was killed off(however that occured haven't seen the anime for bleach or naruto for the last 2 weeks), he's too strong of a character and personality to leave idle in the future anime episodes and his posistion as captain makes it even harder to keep there in contrast to characters that have no plot purpose like the bounto Koga and the bounto detectors...

Movie 2 is up, in case you missed it lol.
 
Saw it at school during my 4 hour break, It's actually better than the first movie. I really enjoyed it =D

Maybe because it's:

1) About Hitsugaya, the best Captain ever, aside from Kenpachi.
2) The Movie is actually somewhat cannon
3) The ending isn't as stupid as the "We forget the movie ever happened" ending of the first one.
 
I was wondering when they were going to release that movie. I'll have keep that in mind when I get home. Glad to hear its better than the first.

hahaha, I didn't see that one coming.

Also since he's Bankai'ing(sp?) does that mean the Old man is serious?

Is Amagai going to get killed? Or is he going to be a cannon character as well?

You know who else have seemed to die off, those two annoying souls and Nova.
 
Two things can't happen in the upcoming episodes.

1. Amagai can't survive.

2. Yamamoto can't attack.

Why?

For 1, Amagai is a filler character, he can't interfere in anyway whatsoever with the plot of the anime without deviating from the actual plot.

For 2, Yamamoto has yet to in the manga or the anime attack anyone farther than his scene with Ukitake and Shunsui in the Soul Society arc. No one knows how he fights, so they can't go any farther than that without causing problems.

So, I already know, to a degree, the turn out of the next several episodes of this arc.
 
Amagai bankai'd to make quick work of Genryuusai. But all that talking he's doing is counterproductive to that idea. Also, with his bakkottou's power nullifying shinigami and zanpakutou powers, theres one obvious solution to the problem...

Kenpachi was also going to be my first thought, as he also knows how Amagai fights.

I thought Amagai was turning cannon? and these episodes were just a build up to his appearance in the Manga?
 
I dunno, with the extreme amount of plotholes still present in the last episode, especially with Amagai's story about how his father died, I honestly feel like Amagai was not meant to be the antagonis when they began writing the arc, then later realized they were writnig themselves into a corner and used him as the new scapegoat. It's hard for anyone to really place where in time this filler is supposed to be considering everyone in the filler has their abilities gained in Hueco Mundo. I mean, come the hell on...

Anyways, massively disappointed at Amagai's bankai.
 
Yeah, everyones bankai either expands on their shikai abilities, or grants new ones entirely.


Amagais bankai is just a larger version of his shikai. Not even a new look except for the guard at the handle.
 
The movie was very good though. Shaw, they mentioned Momo but didn't elaborate past "still recovering" lol as for the episode... Well, eh'. We'll see. I wanna get back to the manga's storyline personally.
 
New ending please, the current one is a piece of shit (new ones at episode 190, but i'm just tired of this shit). The opening is good though. And I figured ichigo will just kill Amagai because ichigo doesn't really have any powers with his bankai either, it just makes him faster. Plus ichigo was looking like he was fixing to bankai at the end of the episode. Either way this arc should end on episode 189 with 190 getting the new Op/ED and back to the Hueco arc. I just want to get back to it so we can see Nel kick some ass.
