The assumptions you make about the education and intelligence of your peers in this game (and I stress peers, because in-game it's a 100% level playing field) amuses me. I'm sure there are plenty of people who have been willing to put up with your condescention to achieve an end. I wonder how many of those people you drive away with each post you make.

Congratulations on being accepted to medical school. When (if) you graduate you can be known as "Dr. Prick" instead of merely "that prick".

PS- to the best of my knowledge most med students drop out in their second year. Perhaps you should reconsider the amount of time you're investing into belittling strangers over the internet?

I like how we're the disrespectful ones when you hog all the credit for any team effort and call everyone an idiot if they don't agree with you 100%. Respect is earned, not handed out like a flyer. I guess you went to doctor school because you didn't have the balls or the capability to be a lawyer. Barring any doubt about your claims to your real life accomplishments, what do they have to do with anything? I'd expect someone with higher education to be able to state their positions better than a high school student, simply because they have more experience in it and should be more capable. However, based on how you act on these boards, it's really hard to believe that you are as educated as you say.

Despite what your narcissism is telling you, we don't all want to be like you. I know that's a crippling blow to your ego, so you just call us idiots just to cover up your insecurities. You're an MD, who the fuck cares? We're not judging you based on whatever you do in real life, the only thing people are judging you on is what you're doing in-game and on this forum. You getting an MD in two years doesn't matter, even if you already had it wouldn't matter. We're talking about a video game. Someone's relic weapon and 100million gil means nothing in the real world, your education doesn't mean anything in the game, it's a two way street.

Btw I'm in my senior year of highschool, my average is 85, I'm 17 years old, my parents pay for everything, I have no responsibilities. We've still talked ingame, and you've asked for my oppinion on certain matters, you could of cared less if I were 17years old, or an MD, you still asked for my oppinion and we discussed things as equals. You really shouldn't bring the real world into this, think of the game as an isolated world, forget you have a real world when talking ingame politics, because it really doesn't matter in this setting.

It's completely natural to throw weight around when you have some to throw. I remember reading somewhere you took some phycology courses (I could be wrong). I'm sure you'd be able to realize someone who has a ton of mucles will probably brag about it. Someone who has a billion dollars will probably brag about it. Someone who has a million gil will probably brag about it. Someone who has just deafeated ks99 will brag about it. Someone who's a genius with math will probably brag about it. Someone who could pwn you in SOCOM will probably brag about it. etc...

Now when the world heavy weight champion flexes his muscles saying the CEO is wrong at a microsoft board meeting would get laughed out. When a lvl75 PLD claims he's better than a lvl60PLD in warcraft, he'll get lauged out. When you try to claim you have a MD to an angry bear, that bear will be laughing...

Your status only matters in the society that values it, you're working in a society based around a game called final fantasy XI.

I was originally going to go for an MSci (Masters in Science) but i realised that science pays really badly. 8)

I really do hope you are research oriented, and not primary care because the UK College of Medicine ranks 31st among public schools for research funding from the NIH and doesn't rank anywhere in the top 50 of any sources I can find for Primary Care. Someone who is "cursed with your level of intelligence" or however exactly you worded it.. (not gonna look because it's like 5 pages ago) it would seem to me would aim a little higher than 31st. On topic? I beg noone in this game to do anything for me. I throw myself at it until I figure out a way to win. Occasionally I will ask for advice, but never for anything to be handed out. I've been playing this game since it released for NA.. and I'm STILL not level 75.. because I refuse to play it like it's a job. Sometimes I don't have the best gear.. but I try to get it. Why? Because you want to be the best for everyone when they all rely on you as much as you do on them. So far i've leveled Black Mage to 25. I really enjoy it as it were.. but I am Elvaan and have substandard intelligence for the job(so the guides would have you believe). Though I'm also a Paladin, white mage, black mage, samurai, warrior, ninja and some other jobs that are still pre-20. I may not see how black mage are in endgame.. but then I don't really give a fuck about Sky. I'm hoping to completely avoid the place because I don't want to get involved with high linkshell politics in a VIDEO GAME.

Off Topic again:
My degree is only in computer sciences and programming.. just think.. without someone like me you wouldn't have any of the nifty electronic equipment that makes your life easier.. or it will when and if you actually graduate.

I'm done now... bluster and whine all you want about how intelligent you think you are.. and how intelligent you think the rest of us aren't. In the end it's just your opinion like everyone else.. and on the internet you are equal whether you want to be or not.. it doesn't matter what degrees you have or are getting.. nor for that matter where you are actually attending class.
