Aye, that video's in the Day 3 footage of the stuff I recorded. I'm waiting for SE to send me and Jirard our items so we can go fight them again.

Are there are special items recieved for attending the festival that you went to? I know I heard about a moogle wand, but not many people have been flashing it around yet on our server.

Is it the wand that has some kind of enchantment to do the Heroes fight? or is this some new item?

Moogle Wand just for showing up.
Chocobo Wand just for showing up too, I believe.
And whoever fought against the three heroes atleast ONCE gets an Orb to go fight them again. I still haven't recieved my items from SE however.
 
I've got a copy (direct cut from Day Three footage from/by Devifoxx) of the Heroes vs. Puppetmaster & Blue Mage if anyone wants to see it. I have a few AIM names, just PM me and I'll log on and file transfer it.

As for the video, it didn't really show much. It was most likely trying to hide a Puppetmasters true ability. Out of all 3 jobs coming out, Blue Mage was the only one shown, which really hypes the other 2 jobs up for myself since they're still in the dark.

As for weapons, I can't say, according to people who attended the event, there were 3 ??? Slots on the Auction House (Weapon Section), and before Puppetmaster was shown, the Job List was BLU, COR, ???. As to what the 3 weapons will be, I can't really think of any to be honest. Just alittle longer to wait for a great expansion.
 
And yeah, the most likely reason PUP is doing H2H while not having H2H weapons equipped is probably because they are getting a new kind of weapon that SE don't want to reveal yet.

Didn't SE say in a past interview though they weren't adding any new wpn types?
Edit: Koenigstiger, I thought I read that the 3 slots, BLU, COR, and the ??? was actually the job menu, and before they unveiled PUP, not the AH weapon category. That's the first time I've read anything about 3 ??? on the AH, from any of the sites that have reported on the fanfest.

What the fuck was that????? Sorry, I love FF, but if I have to turn my monitor on it's side to watch a video I give it a big THUMBS DOWN. Turned it off after about 10 seconds of sidewards action and don't regret it in the least.

By the way....Blue Mage is going to separate the men from the boys. I can't wait to learn all the good monster tricks.......

I bet you all 10 dollars(canadian, that way if i am wrong i don't lose a lot of money) that in a few years FF will become a national holiday and or region XD btw GREAT vid and pics makes me wish i went there instead of going to mexico /cry

Video was not all that interesting. Shed a very minimal amount of light on things, but with the two players being in some sort of god mode, we can not s say much about their healing or defensive skills. Only thing it could have been besides some sort of god mode is a really strong stoneskin O.o

Well the fact that it WAS SIDEWAYS ON MY SCREEN gives me a little insite that I don't need to watch it. Would you go to a theater if the movie was playing from top to bottom instead of left to right?
