Alot of people dont think blu's need refresh...a blu with refresh rapes, and is a much better spot in the pt than a cor.

It would probably depend on the level of the COR and BLU and party set up. Also depending on the person playing the job COR or BLU (There are good cors and bad cors and bad blues and kick ass blues).
Both kick ass, both are DD's and debuffers, but COR contribute more to the party when blu does just dmg and dispeling going on. In my opinion...
COR PWN J00!! But blu is a better Damage Dealer.

COR is more about other people, BLU is more about yourself. In a nutshell. There are exceptions for certain abilities for both jobs of course.
