Your also acting as if CC at Ulli is something new, which it isn't. It's been common for a long time that Ulli is the most camped NM in sky. Only other pop item which is CC'd like Ulli in sky is water, which is a random drop.
CC'n had nothing to do with this in the first place anyway. It's simply about how a party was killed by BOL after they got the claim on Ulli. Regardless if a deal was made between Rollie and BOL or not, BOL continued to kill exp mobs, so any deal was nul and void.
The only thing I can say for the party was that Rollie should have made sure he either notifyed his party of the deal or made sure he was speaking the parties intentions. Then again since BOL continued to kill exp mobs they broke the deal.
It is pretty clear for the screen shots in the orgional post that the party just didn't take Ulli and not say a word. Any other LS would have just waited for either the party to die and then finish off Ulli or if they won chalk it up as a loss.
The time you spent camping really doesn't matter either. If my LS camps Zip for 8 hours that doesn't make Zip our pop, or any other god item pop for that matter. I believe it was Zalbag who pointed out that it didn't pop and say BOL's Ulli on it.
You really have no arguement to justify the MPK, so continue to talk trash and try and twist things to fit what your want people to believe. The only people trying to defend these actions are BOL members.
I even tried to be nice in saying I could understand why they would be ticked about waiting 8hrs and miss the claim. However when B or KB pops you don't see people MPK'n regardless of how long they waited. People have spent weeks camping VE without a claim, you don't see them training gobs to MPK them.
Also this is not the first time something like this has happened, which BOL was involved with. So really it is no suprize how nobody other then BOL members are rushing to defend BOL.
