If there's a tricky one like "sing a bunch of buffs while in combat" or "dispel such and such many of his buffs", nobody knows it. BRDs just beat him down to low health.
And I second the previous recommendations - SV 2x Paeon, defense/evasion gear, defense food, reasonably skilled up weapon, SV Elegy for survival and SV Requiem for most of your damage output. Don't believe Lullaby can land on him, or if it can it's extremely unreliable so you shouldn't even waste your time trying.
Rebuff and redebuff before SV wears (so check the SV recast and start doing that at the 1:58:00 point when you still have a minute left).
Finale his buffs, and put up some dummy buffs of your own for him to Finale (in hope it'll hit those rather than Paeons) - a Regen effect from a Selbina Milk (or something more expensive, if you want the Regen effect itself to be useful), a useless-in-itself Refresh effect from a Pineapple Juice, a Reraise effect from a reraise scroll or something (you don't want *to* reraise when fighting him - if you die, just give up and try again later - but it's one more thing his Finale might hit).
Don't sleep TP, just run in there, SV, buff, and engage. He gets meaner as the time limit counts down in my experience with him, so the faster you get going the less mean he is. Bring a dozen or so Hi-Pots (you probably won't use them all, but better to be safe). Icarus Wing is nice, but optional.
Try to be level 70, though it's not quite as necessary for BRD as for some other jobs.
If for some reason you have a Joyeuse as a fresh 70 BRD who hasn't beaten Maat yet (unlikely but it can happen), the battle is very easy.
