Paddinton, I can understand that Breezer may be cool to you. There are several real people playing that character, and even gilsellers need friends. That doesn't change the fact that I've had personal experience with this character for longer than you have been posting on QCDN and my guess is longer than you have been playing FF XI. I've written several posts about Breezer and the Fly crew botting, and I'm getting pretty sick of repeating it everytime someone new decides to defend them. However, I'll do a very short and half-assed job of summarizing it again.
Flytosky, Flypanda, Peterli, Firelepord and yes Breezer were botting 24/7 for over a year in Yhugotto Grotto. I could search the area anytime and see them in the zone. How do I know they were gilsellers and botting? By deduction. No one has ever seen an electron, but we are pretty damn sure they exist by deduction.
The facts:
-They stay logged in the same zone 24/7 for over a year
-fish up rusty items and silver rings non-stop
-never stop fishing even when they get "So-and-so catches a silver ring. So-and-so cannot hold the silver ring and regretfully releases it" for hours on end, at least until Breezer arrives. Then they gather around her one-by-one before resuming fishing without the "full message". Then Breezer begins to craft rusty picks and caps to warpicks and padded caps and desynth rings into silver ingots.
-spam random emotes
-spam consistent one charater messages in /say, always just as they cast their line to fish
-Don't defend themselves on the occasions that someone tries to bind-MPK them (which happended from time to time). Then stay dead for long periods until Flytosky suddenly stops fishing to raise them.
-all had exactly the same gear, by coincidence I'm sure
-periodically, they would all stop fishing and stand motionless for hours, only to all resume fishing at the same time
Premise 1: They are innocent players who don't bot. And they did this because...hell, I can't even come up with a smart-ass comment as a bogus reason.
Premise 2: They are botting and involved in RMT.
You decide. It's a real head-scratcher, so think hard.
