Yeah well, Cel is still a good friend of mine and I don't consider her a thief because she works really hard farming those spider webs for hours a day. Doesn't ask for anything at all, we offered her an O-Hat run one time, she refused because we had done 5-6 runs already. Shes good people.

Don't bring my LS into this either please.

Like Tidy pointed out, she hasn't really said much on the matter yet... or anything at all, for that matter. She hasn't even said Hello in /l yet tonight.

As far as we're concerned, though, she's always been helpful, and more or less never asks anything of our members.

From our POV, she wouldn't do something without having some kind of good reason to do so, or at least not without strong provocation of some sort.

She probably saw it drop, lotted and went AFK. Thats how she is

unfourtunatly, the only reason she gave at the time was "i havent gotten anything in 8 months" and didnt say anything past that, at least in LS.
As cool as Cel is, you cant justify this. Dont like Demir being ahead of you? post on the fourms, talk to leaders, persue the "legal" options. Dont just decide you're gonna take it for yourself.
 
Guys, I'm sure she's been great with you. But she wasnt afk. when we asked her about it she said 'I havent gotten anything for 8 months'. Granted that is a long time, however, the way the tiers are set up, that would mean demir hadnt gotten anything in a longer time then that. The af itself isnt that great, so it doesnt make sense why she would lot and get dismissed from the dynamis shell.

You just answered your own question. She wasn't getting anything from the shell for 8 months of work. What does she have to lose by taking something and getting dismissed? Not as if she is missing out on much by getting kicked.

While it is regretable it came to this, I'm surprised Demir was rated above her on the tier.

Yah, I agree with this. Tidy, quit talking like an idiot. What she did was totally uncalled for. That is the bottom line. It was wrong, wrong, wrong. It'd be like me goin' into a Dynamis shell again for the first time in a year and knowing full well there were people ahead of me and lotting on whm AF2, and me justifying it by saying that even though I hadn't done Dynamis in a year, I still did it for 8 months before that and never got a whm drop so I was entitled. Something to that affect anyway.

Rules are rules. It was clearly stated it was to go to someone else. Doesn't matter how "nice of a person she is", you just don't do that shit. It's wrong.
 
I'm surprised we haven't seen the same happen on the 100 coins yet. Stay in the shell and get 500k or leave the shell and sell the coin for 5mill+.

Easy solution is to have the rest of the shell lot the af piece. If they (the wrongful lotter) won't pass it to the right person, then they won't get it either. This might convince them to pass to save some face since they have already lost any chance at the af.

I understand the frustration of not getting the af you want. The thing is, she decided to leapfrog over someone that had been there longer. When you are in a shell that has explicit rules, you have to abide by those rules. When you do something like this, its just underhanded and sleezy. She basically got greedy and betrayed the linkshell.

Kat, Tidy isn't trying to excuse Celesia's actions. He and I are both merely clarifying UnderworldNA's general view of Cel. Sorry if there is any confusion on that matter.

Nobody in our shell condones stealing, and nobody in our shell is happy with Cel's decision, per se, but, as Baj so kindly pointed out, UnderworldNA is a social shell. We try not to let endgame-related drama affect us.

That's pretty much all I have to say about that, I guess..

Please tell me wtf farming spider webs has to do with stealing an AF2 drop? If that isn't one of the most stupid things I've ever read ... as a matter of fact it rates up there with one of WSM's posts.
