Easy solution is to have the rest of the shell lot the af piece. If they (the wrongful lotter) won't pass it to the right person, then they won't get it either. This might convince them to pass to save some face since they have already lost any chance at the af.

Demir said after the situation that he considered having us (people in his party) lot for it. He probably hesitated on this because he didn't want to cause even more dissent. He was actually against anyone posting a thread about it on flameboard but Yanzi is a bad boy.

So 8 months of doing runs I'm guessing and only 1 thing from those 8 months. Hmm and this other guy that it was supposed to go too only needed one more piece, which I'm guessing means he got 4 things in the last 8 months or 2 if he was in twice as long. Now I don't know what your ladder is based on but to me it sounds fucked up.
 
i've gone a hell of a lot longer than 8 months w/o anything from dynamis, does that mean i can lot whatever the fuck i want? HELL FUCKING NO

of course, the people who are oblivious to the rules would say something like this.
fairly blind assumption that demir got 4 sam AF from this particular LS.
as for why celesia hasn't had any previous AF? for those in the shell, sam AF in the cities is now pretty miuch free lot. IF, celesia has not had any AF in those 8 months, obviously his attendance is poor. he can only blame himself for not receiving any AF.
tiers are set up so people who do attend regularly (i.e. demir) are rewarded. as such, people who attend irregularly (i.e. celesia) would not be rewarded (especially for an AF that has never, ever dropped for our shell).
are you going to justify the theft by saying just because celesia attends once in a blue moon and has not received any AF, that just lotting when it's not his turn is fair? give me a break.

Just highlighted the valid point that countered any and all excuses given by friends of the accused.

SAM AF2 in pretty much any shell, is fair game, passed out to people that express an interest in the job, then offered to free lot. Linkshells don't just offer up an item up for free lot if any member could obviously use it. And members usually make sure to voice who can use it.
 
Wow what a dumb thing for Celesia to do. Lose a good dynamis linkshell and reputation over a piece of crap sam AF2 body piece that is completely useless..LOL
 
And sides... I am with Phraust, if it was THF AF2 gloves I could see the being pissed... That body armor is pretty crappy for SAM.
