I Canceld both my content id's, and the first of this month i get charged once again, i canceld the 20th last month... why did i get charged? is there anything else i need to cancel
Send SE an email. Probably just a mistake on their part if you did indeed cancel your ffxi content ids.

they bill you for the past month, not the current one. you jut paid off the previous month.
I was always under the impression you pay for each month ahead of time. The message I always get in pol is "your account has been billed for the next month" if I remember right.
they bill you for the month on the first of the month, much like a lot of utility companies make you do. So if you cancel your account on say the 2nd, you've still paid for the whole month and they don't give and damn and won't refund your monies.
It's happened to me and it sucks, but that's life.
