Not likely, but god I wish.... just imagine it...

Not unlike the Ballista matches, you could square off with each other either 1 on 1 or with up to two six men parties going at it! You could pick at what level you'd like to be capped at, or pick no level cap at all! And the best part, you could put up how much you wager on the battle just like in FFVI! People could wander into the arena and watch the matches live and cheer for their favourite player!!!

Well, was thinking it could be more like two people decide they want to compete, they sign up together with thier agreed jobs, so you wouldn't have just one person slaughtering everybody.

They just need to fix the Damage system. Any melee/Nin can tear shadows pretty fast. Imagine Mnk 2hour as well. A Sam/Rng can 2hour and let out 4-5 Sidewinders. RDM/NIN isn't all that great.

RDM/NIN isn't all that great.

heh... try fighting a skilled one 1v1 in a ballista match x.x they seem pretty impressive from what I've watched in an uncapped ballista x.x

I like the idea of just capping off the subjob. Removes all RDM/NIN, SAM/RNG, etc etc unbalancing problems.

After all, this is supposded to be a brawl, not some organized event like Ballista. Subjobs be damned! XD

SMN can eat RDM/NIN alive. A RDM is nothing without their buffs in ballista, and one well placed AoE Dispel from fenrir and the beating begins.

I think MNK is still very formitable solo. But I do understand what youre thinking. Also PLD might not be that bad. High HP, high DEF, and some cures tossed in even. Same goes for RDM.

Wait wait, I'm thinking about exp pt. It depends what the level cap were really. Assuming were talking about 75, any melee can win fairly easy vs. a mage (Granted Drk uses a 1 handed-Axe). If 2 hrs are allowed Redmage would probably give a challenge, but other than that once the debuffs and junk wear off, they git ripped in shreds. Other than that, it'd be pretty close fights Nin would give good competition but Mnk and War would kill Ninjas with ease. Mnk would probably win vs any I say.

the supposed unbeatable RDM/NIN (given there are subjobs) at level... 62, takes on a full six person party of level 55's.

Or lets play with this scenario... with no subjobs available, a WAR teams up with a RDM to take on a DRK and his SUM pal, with two-hours available!

Man, I really think that not only would that be cool to participate in, but it would give me something entertaining to watch (or BET on) while I'm lfg in Jeuno!

i would definitly love to bet on these fights... i'm a casino addict, i loved the one time i hit 5 times in a row on 630 or higher in lower jeuno for 2x back, bet 10k each time, the casino told me they were out of money and logged

I wish they let you use 2 different 2 hours though, that would be awsome.

I say best 2 hours would be BLM and RDM.... my friend says MNK and DRK.
