Counselling Student sues School over required LGBT sensitivity training.

And the marked difference between you and Miros is that Miros recognizes that it's not the problem of religion, it's the fault of the people that allow themselves to take dogmatic viewpoints to extremes.

Actually I recognize that as well, but it has becoming increasingly difficult to find the religion without the people attached to it, to the point where they might as well not even be separate entities. Off the top of my head I can only recall two or three people I've met in my whole life that were really devoted to their faith without being raging idiots like every other one I've met.

I agree!

But come now, in a country where Socialism is a dirty word, how many extreme left groups are there? And are they as embedded in the culture as the right?

I mean we can play left/right all day, but the truth is that on an international spectrum, the US barely touches centre... and then makes a hard right.

Oh right, I forgot you were American.

And whats that got to do with anything? Every country has its zealots on either side last time I checked. Thankfully here they're just a vocal minority that knows how to ruffle people's feathers.

Don't worry, I'm not attacking him or anything >_>. Lukas and I are friends and I'm kinda kidding. But he knows how I feel when he puts the word "American" in any of his sentences.

I have no idea what you're talking about, totally random poster. I always use the A-word with a completely neutral tone <_<

@Hexx: I'm not American lol.

You're kidding right? There are several extreme left wackjobs to counteract the right nutjobs. I think kaptur is one of their queens

Socialist policy doesn't make you extreme left. Maybe in a political system that's skewed to the right - but that's my point. Now by extreme do we mean an anarchist or a communist? Those are hard left positions. Or do we mean slightly left of the Democrats?

I know there are probably peripheral groups, but are they vocal? Do they have political weight via government representation? Do they get serious media coverage or even their own network?
