lol if it's farming that determines whether something is a craft or not, your ffxiah history would basically lay claim that clothcraft isn't even a craft.
 
Unless you craft what you farm in order to make a more sellable, desirable product - the fact of the matter is, if you have to farm to make a profit, the craft itself is doing nothing.

You can make gil crafting, and probably the best way to do so, is to HQ cursed gear. Its risky - but it has proven successful time and time again to those that make the attempt at these synths.
 
By farming you're actually losing money. The same amount of time farming can be spent making something to sell and the profit from this crafted items would equal more than farming. It's been proven time and time again.

Cooking is not a craft. People who farm are lazy.
 
Ok, yeah, I've come to my conclusion. Neolink is just straight up retarded.

This is duh. But like in Neolink's position where he's spamming the AH for manticore hairs, he could be making a much better profit if he had leveled a REAL farming job such as bst and farmed up the goods himself.

Lets take the kaginawa synth for instance. Say you're tier2 on it. That'd make it what, a 20% hq rate?

If you had a farming job and could effectively farm the mats, that'd cost you around 600g a synth. The other items aren't worth farming. 600g a synth, a generous 4.6k profit on NQ, a hefty 14.4k profit on HQ3.

Yeah, farming is stupid.

But if you want to take the time to level a job just for farming then be my guest. You will never convince me that farming is more profitable than making items to sell.

That's really not my problem. Enjoy your profits of a few k per stack you sell. :) To each his own.

And you won't actually even see me out farming. I make plenty of gil just off of the seals from soloing and low level fishing.

the way you buy and sell Kaginawas is just retarded, thats why i stopped making kaginawas and moved on to a more profitable item in CC. It also would probably help if u started search whoring for your ideas rather than looking for my name on ffxiah.com and copying my ideas neolink.... the kagi train is way not profitable anymore as of about.... Since you gimped the prices you slut.

Please show a few examples of how it's a better investment to only craft without any farming. I'm not talking about -1 cursed gear, I mean stuff that with your crafting levels you can actually craft.

Hey, it's still profitable. If you can manage to kill manticore's in mass to effectively farm hairs.

A lot of things are profitable if you don't camp the AH. Problem is, people camp the AH for gil. As I said, that's their problem.

Yea...not profitable at all. lol You pissed me off after you lied and I took away your main source of income for revenge. Now you have to farm to buy truelove chocolate and opaline gear for Skanya.
