Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII

I like the rule that anyone that prefers Japanese over English that's not born of Japan is a Japanophile! :D :P

anyways, I think the dubbing's fine. Some parts have acquired pausing but it's not that bad and it's understandable since Japanese =/= English :P
 
Yeah, I'm picking up the EU version in June.

Anyway, picked a PSP up today. Now to buy a few games for it. Besides the FF games which I bought, what else can you recommend?

Monster hunter freedom 2
 
Wild ARMS: XF, Ratchet and Clank on PSP is fun too, although it got ported to PS2, it kind of fails and has many bugs. Daxter is also fun.

Disgaea is always fun to play, but its a port of ps2 version, and also coming to DS soon.

God of War is fun but extremely short, can replay on several difficulties(I have) but may want to wait for price to drop.

Harvest Moon: Innocent Life is fun as well, as is Tales of the World(to me) along with Valkyrie Profile.

If you want to import titles theres Breath of Fire 3, which released in Europe and Japan, so the text is in english, I need to import that myself. Also Suikoden I/II, but was only released in Japan. Tales of Eternia also, which was released in Europe as well along with Japan so also in english text.

Games I'm waiting on are Dissidia: FF, Secret Agent Clank, Star Ocean 1/2(hope SE localizes these), among others, but of those the closest is Secret Agent Clank releasing in June.
 
I wish they'd release Star Ocean 1 and 2 remakes in the US finally >.> I don't even see any news yet that it is coming :( anyone know?

Err yea, damn you :P Well Suikoden I/II wasn't, but the other 2 were.

Buy a wizard bracelet to absorb the elemental damage and kill the main imp casting death

I haven't moved far into the story, but these side missions are meh... I'm at a point where you have to dodge 90% of the moves and hit once D:

the voice overs are ok, what bothers me the most is Tseng's DMW where it looks like zack is calling in an air strike but instead... "I'm trying, I'm trying" idk... el oh el? or wtf?

I always get a random battle with 3 imps and at least two cast death at the same time and they are at opposite positions of sorts >< I can never get both before they get death off :(

which mission is this? EM Hell Mines?
 
I forget what the title was.. Mission 6-3-4.. what one is that.. hmm I think it's one of the "precious item" hunt ones. It is in a cavern :|

Not to sound mean or cheap but... hug the walls and go to your destination... you avoid -most- mob encounters til the boss. The boss fight is one reg imp and one boss imp... kill the boss 1st and let the other one nuke you and absorb the damage
 
hehe, the boss in Items in the Cavern (or whatnot) are bees and something else :P I can hug the wall and get to the boss without incident but I wanna get to an item and I can't without running into shit that pwns me fast
 
May not have one yet(and thus may want to wait) but safety bit accessory, or status ward + any materia that can cause death, hell materias, death, or deathblade, etc.
 
hehe, I am just doing the EM hell stuff :P gotta do last one, the final battle is a bitch XD the three birds and two fire doods.. I have stuff to absorb fire damage but thundaga pwns me (6000 damage XD I only have 3000 health) and I'm not far in the story, just got back from Barona or whatever and right before becoming 1st class
 
I beat it once and I'll beat it again. Well I did but this time I did it in 8hrs (not 100%). Don't think I can sit through another couple of days or so re-doing all the missions, getting items, and all that jazz. Played through it, I wasn't satisfied on one thing./rant on The voices of course, The ending wasn't as emotional. I wanted to puke rather than cry from the original but hey just a regular fanboy. /rant off

What I found Ironic though, was that the Japanese game included English instructions!

I'll still prefer the Japanese game instead of the English translation, but thats just my opinion.

I just picked up the game last night and my fiances godchild is lending me her Slim PSP since she doesn't really play it any more. I do have one question, how do I go about connecting the PSP to my 32" flat screen?
