This is just bizarre. Steve Irwin died today, apparently from the barb of a stingray while out swimming and filming a documentary. Apparently it killed him instantly. Such a crazy way for a guy who wrestles crocodiles and plays with venomous snakes to die.

Damnit, i was just about to post this. Dude that fcking sucks tho. I always thought he'd get killed from a snake bite or something. but a stingray? jeezus.

Funny story, just last night at the bar my friends and I where talking about the idiots that do stuff like this and brought him up and said he was just asking to die...

What's kind of creepy is that I brought him up at lunch a few days ago by trying to impersonate his voice. Then after school one of my friends tells me that they were talking about him in his BCIS class.
"It's kinda creepy when two things you don't expect to be brought up are brought up on the same day."
RIP Steve Irwin.

As a side note, it must suck to be the one wikipedia guy who goes through articles of people who just died and changing "is" to "was".
 
Well how may times are you going to poke critters with a stick before you are on the losing end, but he was the most gutsy guy I ever seen. You will be missed buddy
 
It's a shame, really. He was a model animal activist. Something PETA could never be.
