hunter

People always ask why my TH NEVER seams to work... I can't get Water or Diorites in sky to drop for nothing! Well, I've figured it out. I burn it all up on personal R/EX stuff XD I'm 1/2 on actual kills to get Trotters I camped Sirocco Kukri for a grand total of 1 hr on one day to get that...

At the Osaka Fan Festival this weekend someone asked about Treasure Hunter in the Q&A: Q: Do multiple instances of Treasure Hunter in a single party increase the chances of a drop? When exactly does the effect of Treasure Hunter take place? A: When more than one member has Treasure Hunter...

I'm actually quite excited!

I watched the review at GameTrailers for Monster Hunter Freedom 2, and I'm intrigued by this title. It looks seriously hardcore and looks like it has some of the things I love about dungeon crawlers -- killing monsters and getting badass armor and weapons -- but I can't tell if I'd find it...

This was the very first anime I ever saw (excluding cartoons that were brought over like Voltron).... I was amazed at how deep the story went and how imaginative the writers were. It will always be one of my favorites! Recently, I picked up the sequel which was pretty decent but I found it...

So uhhh daily browsing everywhere and it seems that the word went around that Treasure Hunter (or having a THF) in party doesn't affect Rare/Ex drops, only "normal" loot. So in this case (for example): Wespes in the Temple that drop that pop item for the NM which drops Hornet Needle. So does...

They seem to walk at Mazurka speed, definitely faster than normal mobs. However, they con Too Weak to me and I was able to easily destroy one on my 75 whm. It's a good idea, but they'll probably just have lvl 75s babysitting their fishing bots.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060904/ap_en_tv/obit_irwin Ouch stingray to the heart. ; ;

This is just bizarre. Steve Irwin died today, apparently from the barb of a stingray while out swimming and filming a documentary. Apparently it killed him instantly. Such a crazy way for a guy who wrestles crocodiles and plays with venomous snakes to die. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Irwin

So, yeah. I'm going to start an experiment with Treasure Hunter, as there are many theories floating around. Some people still believe the THF have to get the killing blow for it to kick in, while other swear it works as long as the THF is in the alliance. Personalloy, I believe, from...

Does TH and TH2 increase of getting better mining/logging/excavating results?

I've been thinking about it. And you're all right. It's so wrong that BLM have for so long been exploiting the poor melee jobs. It's wrong for us to use our BLM abilities, to try and win BCs, KS30s and even *gasp* missions. It's wrong because, apparently, even though we're not NEEDED, the fact...

In my quest to unlock the secrets of Treasure Hunter I've come across several posts that were intriguing and answered questions I wanted answered. But still I am left with more questions that have either gone unproven or haven't been touched yet. It all started when I saw the interview in...

I am all for everyone hunting Notorious Monsters. It is fun and rewarding. But Keep in mind. If you don't have Treasure Hunter II, you are basically wasting a kill and helping raise the price on select Items. "Treasure Hunter II doesn't affect things that much." 8:11 Mysticmaker Profblix...

This happened just a minute ago. Ok, so, trying to help out a friend with MNKs Coffer Key in Nest, so our group of 3 pulled a Crawler Hunter. Unfortunately, we had a DC, and the other two of us went down before I could successfully sleep it and CFH. There were about 3 other parties in the...

... committed suicide today. I'm bummed. A shotgun blast to the head at 67 years of age. You'd think that at that point he'd just hang in there...

Looks ok... O_o
